Patchwork Brick Crochet Blanket Pattern: Free Crochet Pattern
I love this crochet blanket!! It reminds me of lego bricks but not lego bricks, or a quilt made out of bits of fabric. While I made this one with yarn leftover from another project, this design base is calling out to use up all of your scrap yarn. Each brick can be any colour you wish!
This pattern may look complicated but it’s a great project for a beginner who wishes to practice colour changes. The blanket is made with a beginning chain and then using HDC (half-double crochet) stitches throughout. Give it a try and share your finished project!

This project was made using DK size yarn (size 3). You can substitute any yarn or hook size but it will alter the finished size. You could also use a smaller portion of the graph and make just that piece. The design is created to allow for numerous smaller graphs within the main graph.
